KITCHENS (Keukens):
We bought an apartment in The Netherlands early in our second year, which required a total renovation. We have enjoyed an outstanding service from the following company re. car insurance, home contents insurance and personal liability insurance. First year we were in The Netherlands, our car was stolen - Edith arranged everything, payment was prompt and complete and we have subsequently renewed the following two years through Aventurijn Assurantien. MORTGAGES (Hypotheek):
We rented the first year, but this is really throwing money away if you are staying longer-term. So, we took the plunge and took ownership of our new property in May 2007. Complicated process, as all (and I mean all !) of the documentation is in Dutch. However we discovered the following company and a complicated process suddenly become very simple - The Hypotheekshop.
Everything was explained in detail, several potential mortages were reviewed, and we ended up very happy customers. Laurens is great, he's very understanding, really knows his business, takes time to explain everything in detail and translates documents as you go along.

You may like to know about a service that has just come to my attention. This service looks after couples who are expecting babies from beginning to the end result.
